I woke up feeling very tight this morning. My joints actually felt ok, but none of my muscles wanted to move. I also had some weird stress dreams that kept me from having restful sleep. But I made it through the work and feel better for having done it.
Today will be day three of eating responsibly. So far so good. I just have to remind myself at night that I’m not actually hungry, just bored and fighting bad habits.
I think so. I’m feeling pretty satiated and I’m not actually feeling hungry between so I assume I am. Plus I’m not feeling so tired anymore. Which has been wonderful.
I am way too proud of the fact that I have eaten like a reasonable adult for 3 days in a row now. I’ve started a streak. Let’s see how long I can keep it going.

I felt like my glutes were working extra hard this morning. All in all, not a bad workout.
It’s feels like I’ve taken off the autopilot and I am actively moving towards something with intention again. It is a good feeling. I enjoyed my mindless pushing through, but it’s time for a new phase and I am hoping it will be successful. It feels like I’ve just kind of slid back into a more mindful phase. I didn’t even realize I had fallen out of it. Anyway, time to move forward.
Day four of eating like a grown up instead of a trash bin. Let’s keep it moving.
