Exactly. Telling everyone that there is only one way to do something and that that way works perfectly for everyone and is more effective for everyone. Wrong. Virtually everyone has not in fact switched to daily sub-Q. Virtually everyone in your group? I’ll buy that. Virtually everyone else is not doing a daily injection, and also probably not doing it Sub-Q.
Personally, I prefer sub-Q. For me it’s better. I think that it is probably better for most. You need to stop with the one size fits all though.
Literature is not the word of God and is open to interpretation, I wonder if the group in the study was a true representation of the world wide population including all ethnic groups. Your one size fits all and that sub-Q is the only way to do it is short sighted and shows a lack of critical thought. Great it works for you, but it will not work for everyone so I cannot be absolutely, unequivocally wrong and therefore bad advice because it doesn’t fit with your one sided opinion.
@bennyboom
I posted this in another thread as well but here’s what I did for iron supplementation that helped my overall well-being greatly.
At least 1 hour after caffeine, at least 1 hour before food or two hours after food.
Taken all at once:
1 x Ferretts ferrous fumarate 325mg (Amazon)
2 x Nature’s made vitamin C 500mg (Amazon)
1 x L-lysine powder 1000mg bulk supplements (Amazon) in water
I do this once a day for sure but try to do it twice. Each time you are getting 106mg elemental iron as absorbable as possible.
Jesus christ you are such a god damn retard, your IQ must be single-digit.
SAME DOSAGE of testosterone:
e2 subq: 60
e2 IM: 25
Many people DO experience a DRAMATIC increase in e2 doing subQ. Just be quiet, you are too stupid to speak.
thanks man, read your other thread, did this help with fatigue ? also did u need thyroid meds then in addition? I have vitamin code raw iron with vitamin c and folate as well as the biostation bEssential iron support do you think either of those could work or should I go with ferrets, also is there a reason you take one hour after caffeine and before/after food?
so same dose just split daily can make a huge difference for low shbg guys? IM or SubQ i still don’t know what will work for me but I guess I can just try
Yes, anecdotally it makes a big difference. That rush of free T can be too much for them. E2 is really an individual thing. I aromatised a lot more on IM, other guys are the opposite. Best thing is to pick something and go with it, then only change one thing at a time when you make changes. If you switch from IM to sub-Q, don’t adjust anything else for a few weeks.
I though we showed this asshole the door. Why are you still here dbossa?
We have no interest in your bullshit. Please go back to your little FaceBook page.
Make me, tough guy. You’re too dumb to tie your own shoes from the sounds of things. Go play in your sandbox with the rest of your morons.
@hardartery you’re close. Guys doing IM tend to aromatise more of their testosterone to E2 because it gets metabolized quickly. Not that there is anything wrong with E2 but it means you wind up with less testosterone. The ‘less testosterone’ is the issue versus the ‘E2’. For the vast majority of men, doing small, daily subq injections means you’re giving the body a much smaller dose at any one time (less aromatisation) as well as the subq administration causes a slower and more steady release of the testosterone (less aromatisation). Any man having issues dialing in his dose should most definitely try daily subq injections. Low SHBG guys in particular will benefit from it the most compared to doing IM, but any SHBG level will benefit.
holy fck what is this thread? I don’t even.
I did daily sub-q for 8 months and my E2 was 77. Just switched to IM EOD to try something new. Though it’s been a little less than a month I like IM better so far. I don’t really think the sub-q = less E2 is true. My E2 when I was doing IM once a week was 54. Same dose. In reality the dose I’m on has most people at half the total T level that I’m at so I really think it boils down to how your individual body is affected. My SHBG was 38.
I agree. There are no absolutes. I’ve seen plenty of labs posted here that go both ways. Some guys aromatise more on sub-Q, some on IM. There are plenty of theoretical reasons for this. There’s more enzyme immediately available in the fat when going sub-q? Some guys don’t diffuse well from IM, some don’t diffuse well from anywhere. Low SHBG is allowing for more free test quicker, which allows guys that aromatise to do it faster when it’s IM? There are a million variables.
I was under the impression the T had to be released into the blood where it would be instantly cleaved then that cleaved T could be amortized in the body fat. There are a lot more blood vessels in muscle than body fat. So, in theory, IM would get T into the blood faster causing a higher peak of E2.
That makes sense, but how do we explain the guys that show the opposite results in their labs? I’m just throwing out random possibilities there, I haven’t found anything that really explains it yet.
I understand what you are asking. My best guess is blood tests are not as accurate as we hope they are. Lots of room for lab error after all they are just minium wage kids running these tests. What’s your lvl of hydration, time of day, how active were you? Lots of reasons to get weird blood numbers.
Oooohhhhh… I got blocked. Funny, I just did a podcast on that very subject not long ago lol
Everyone is so brainwashed about E2 here…it’s hilarious!
Start watching this from 1:02:20 about ED. 1:10:30 about optimized Free T and E2 not being an issue, at all.
Your podcast advertisement is crass. And you don’t offer any more evidence than a Fox and Friends commentator as far as I’ve seen. Opinion is opinion. @hrdlvn is not interested in talking to a wall, so he blocked you. You could have learned something from him that would help someone out there.
Highly unlikely. Those guys are all in our group and have access to the files section which is free.
