fluff is my new mantra.

lots of fluff

Your work schedule is crazy. I am not sure how you do it. And then to actually get workouts in as well. Props…[/quote]

thanks LS.
truly I do thank you.
really you just suck it up.

work over night- have to be in the next day at 8am- suck it up.

that being said I was crippled from that 24 hour day for like 3 full days.

had two PT sessions
and one maybe two training sessions.

mixed in with a bunch of work.

first FUCK YOU humidity
Its been on the verge of rain.
and its been pretty painful.

some highlights from PT and training

trap bar pulls wut 365 for a single at PT

squatted 275 for 5 .

both of which made me feel their presence for a few days.

Awesome work Kev, feeling presence…a good thing!

Yes, screw humidity. Everyday walking outside here is like walking though hot wet cotton but you know we have Disney so that makes everything hunky dory.

I can only imagine what its like in FLA… hazy hot and humid

been a busy past week

NBA draft is in the books

Orthapedist ordered and has me wearing a GIANT articulated knee brace
for days when work is more physical- he said I should where it if I play any sports
or a basketball game or something- I reminded him I can not run.

that being said I wore it to work - and it helped .
alot.

not much on the training front
trained once or twice- upper crap not worth mentioning

had two PT sessions
plate loaded leg press and split squats
felt good

this morning
trap bar work worked up to singles at 365- bleh but it was the low handles
more split squats
seated ham curl singles
leg extension singles

rains sucks balls

work work stuff

PT might be wrapped for now
lets see what insurance says

got strenf but still missing alot of ROM
I cant kneel jump run or do anything even close

truth be told I can do a good amount of shit in the gym
but work is still more then a challenge.
(read a solid 10 hour day leaves me for dead for more then a day)

Dont feel too bad… if I ran some short sprints at the moment my knees would be out to kill me the next day.

I hate running but I do like a sprint every now and then. That’s a bunch of emom work and I bet it more than makes up for any need to run.

Not feeling too bad just curious if I will be able to do it again at all
I have limp and can’t really chase my 5 year old

It’s more a matter of am unable to do it
Bio mechanically my leg does not fire properly

But I do appreciate the kind words
Other conditioning could certainly take its place

Training 7/8/15

Mobility shoulder and hip crap lunges

Face pulls etc
After some warm ups I did this

4 rounds of
500m row
Trap bar dead 330 x5

That’s all I had time for
