Thanks OG. The Karowski shrugs/rows were in the latest Wendler article. A shrug/row to the belly button with heavy weight. I think I like them.

Back squats were a no go today. Back not right. Funny thing is sldl don’t make my low back ache too much but back squats do. And front squats only ache a little. Must be some kind of downward and forward compression thing.
Great work in here. That’s a lot of weight to move with a tweaky back.
I am constantly amazed at how high your overall strength levels are.
Thanks Jack and Joe. Its time I did a cycle of front squats anyways.

ab rolls BWx15,6,6
Blew my load deadlifting. Some light leg curls and a few ab rolls was all I had left.
High volume deadlifting reads powerful. Looks like the leg curls and ab rolls were just icing on the cake.
10x425 is no joke; if you could walk after that you’re a beast.
I have no chance of getting 425x10 but I do know high rep deadlifts followed by high rep leg curls isn’t fun. Good work in here.

Took my oldedst son to a local sandpit after work today so he could bomb around on his 4 wheeler. While he rode around I walked-jogged-sprinted for an hour. I covered at least a couple miles. Fun workout.

Thanks GV. Everything I’ve read says face pulls help keep the shoulders healthy. Guess I’m just blindly following what guys like Jim Wendler says. Maybe a set of regular rows may be just as good if not better for back mass and shoulder health. Now you’ve got me thinking…thanks a lot.
