omega eggs

All I have to say is yummmmm. These things definitely taste better than normal eggs. Well, the ones I got weren’t just fed veggie omega 3 feed, they were also from cage free chickens, so maybe that makes a difference, but damn those are some tasty eggs! And they’re better for me? How often do those two things come together at the same time? Good stuff…

Nick

I want to try these things, but they are so darn expensive. I’ll just have to stick to buying my “normal” eggs. I’ve been buying flax bread with omega 3’s added in and that is pretty scrumptious too!

I definately agree that the quality of free range omega-3 eggs are quite superior to their auschwitz kept cousins.

I love my omega 3 eggs too!

What brand did you buy?

Lisa

All I buy now are omega eggs, unless they are being used in bulk for baking or something.

Regular large eggs are about $1.65/dozen, and the Omega 3 are about $2.50/dozen. I love the taste and I think all in all they are worth the extra.

$1.65 a dozen? Where the hell are you shopping? I can get a dozen for half that here.

I like the idea of Omega eggs, but I eat too many eggs for that to be economically feasible for me at this time.

Yeah what’s up with this $1.65/dozen for regular eggs? You must talking about buying them with canadian or aussie/kiwi dollars, unless you are comparing them to some other certified organic eggs…

I get eggs at sam’s club and they are less than that for 18 of them.
