Omega 3 problems

For the last 10 weeks I’ve been using at least four tablespoons of flax oil a day. Anyway my fingers look like I’ve just got out of a hour-long hot bath. I’ve just started taking 1000iu of Vitamin E a day, and I’m going to cut back on the flax to two tbls a day and up my olive oil. Guys how much omega threes do you take in a day? How long before all the oxidation has a negative effect?

You may now be experiencing omega-6 deficiency from taking a ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 that is too great. Switch to Udo’s choice oil from now on and you’ll notice your skin will normalize. Udo Erasmus mentions this in his book Fats That Heal,Fats That Kill.

Very few people are disciplined enough with their omega-3 intake to even experience this problem. Congrats!

skip the flax (for a while atleast) take fish oil.

You might have an imbalance of Omega 3s over Omega 6s. Try switching to an oil blend that has both essential fatty acids. Udo’s Choice is a pretty popular oil blend among bodybuilders, although it tastes like sawdust.

C’mon Udo’s is ummm umm goood! Especially compared to Flax oil.

Thanks for your replies. I’ll get Udo’s next time I shop.
