Olympic Lifts in a Powerlifting Routine?

we like westside.

I tried both routines for a while, but ultimately gave in to a full time oly program. Unless you’re naturally skilled at oly lifting you’ll have to devote a lot of time into technique which will cut into your powerlifting time. Sure you can do both, but either way you go it will be very hard to reach your maximum potential since there is a tug-of-war going on with your effort & attention.
