Triceps gave out on rep 10 of last set, damn. Felt good to go bit heavier though. Just been doing floor presses with my 32kg kettlebells til now.
Military press 50kg 2x10 BAD was at 10x10 for 60kg before. oh well, will build up work capacity in no time again.
Shoulder press machine started at 60kg and did 5 reps, then lowered weight 5kg and did 5 reps until down at 5kg. OUCH
