Bench press 120kg 5x5 (Damn that felt goooood.)
ATG Squat 115kg 5x5 (still no where near max, but felt good to go ass to grass with some heavier weight)
1 arm Dumbbell floor press 40kg 5x10 (cant increase weight, weight wont fit on dumbbell)
Military press 60kg 5x10
Bench was pretty nuts, havent benched for a year before 3 weeks ago and Im about 170lbs (77kg) right now.
Goal is 160kg for 1 rep by end of august.
That would be enough on bench to win in the british powerlifting championships, I have to qualify in Janurary though, and I will hve to compete in under 82.5kg weight class by then, as Im probably gonna be a lot bigger by then.

Hey mate, it will change, sometimes I will do each day twice a week, sometimes once, sometimes maybe I will just get to do one day of the two day split in a particular week. I am just going to keep trying to increase the weight on bench, squat and deadlifts.
Today was a modification of the workout, but I want to hit each bodypart every day. I missed abs today as training partner was too sore from abs yesterday (booo)

Wide grip pull ups 1x15
Just wanted to try normal deadlifts after 6 weeks of snatch grip, felt SOOOOO easy man.
Shocking.
I think I am good for 160kg 5x5 and 1x10 on snatch grip and I would like to get 160kg 5x10 on conventional double overhand.
I only have 160kg weight at home, so after I get there with my deadlifts, I will have to try and just get my ass to ground squat equal with my snatch grip deadlifts.
