Anyone from the Green Bay, WI area know any good Oly lifting gyms? I’ll be there all summer, and I really need somewhere to continue my training.
There is one in Kaukauna which is 15 miles south of Green Bay, that caters to Powerlifters. I lived in Appleton and there are 3 Golds Gyms,a Planet Fitness,an Ultimate Fitness(which was 1/2 way decent) there are multiple 24hour, corner fitness places. and 6 or 7 YMCAS. Appleton is 20 miles south of Green Bay.
Are there any decent places to lift in Green Bay? We’re going to be there for training camp a couple of days (my son wants to keep lifting for HS football) and I really don’t want to waste the time and gas driving. Thanks.
The one I’ve been lifting at is the XL center at the Bellin Health Facility. It’s right outside Green Bay, but it’s an absolutely AMAZING facility.
