Who here eats olives for the healthy fats that they contain?

Which olives contain the highest quality/amount of fats? Is there much of a difference from one olive to another?

I’m currently eating Kalamata olives and they taste soooo good!

Could I be doing better by choosing a different type of olive???

Olives that have been soaking in a fine Vodka seem to taste the best, therefore must have the best fats. Cocktail onions taste better under the same conditions, however, I would only consume those for a P+C protocol.

Use only Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
