After what might be a whole year of not training properly, I recently got back into 5/3/1. My weights are really light and I’m trying to get back in all round good shape. Strong as possible and well conditioned.
I’ve just completed a cycle of Original 5/3/1 in and A/B format, three times a week.
I flicked through Forever and following a suggestion from someone I decided to follow Pervertor.
