Hey what’s going on every one. My name is Anthony and I’ve been wanting to join T Nation for a while but for some reason or another never have until now.
I wanted to start a training log to track my progress and have something to look back on.
So with that said my current training consist of 5/3/1 Forever. I’m currently on my 4th cycle which is a Leader of SSL (Second Set Last).
I started 5/3/1 on 10/30/2020. Below were my starting training maxes.
Age 35
Bodyweight- 184.4lbs
Bench- 200
Squat- 275
Deadlift- 385
OHP- 120
SSB Squat- 245

So with that all said my plan is to run 5/3/1 Forever for a year and see where I’m at come 10/30/2021.
Along the way I hope to meet some great people here and interact with all of you, while also learning how I can improve my training. I won’t post all my previous cycles but I’ll start off with my last training session for week 1.

I feel soon I’m going to have to reset my deadlift TM cause the reps at 90% while they felt strong felt a bit too slow. We’ll see how things go in the next weeks and into the Anchor cycle.
