Both my grandpa’s were beasts of men back in tha day too…one was the canadian Navy bareknuckle 150lb champ for a couple years…he could not be knocked out or even down on account of his father beating the shit outta him everyday, my other grandpa was a farmer who ate like a horse and he could deadlift the equivalent of about 550lbs… people back then were freaks!!

Nah, they weren’t freaks. But they sure as shit didn’t lead the lazy ass life working behind a desk.

That’s why farmers have strong fucking legs, and massive forearms. Do heavy work for long enough, and you get strong as hell.

Being an IT guy isn’t really comparative.
