Old Tyme Bodybuilders

I’ll preface this: I already searched, I didn’t come up with much.

Are there any articles or links (on this site or elsewhere) outlining the routines that the old time bodybuilders used? I’m talking Steve Reeves, John Grimek, Bill Pearl, etc. The early bodybuilders, pre-Arnold.

Steve Reeves. Full body 3x per week. Walking for cardio.
