Standard height DL off pins, best so far on these is 345kg/ 760. Yesterday was a LONG day on my feet, legs and low back were trashed and stiff after work so didn’t know how today would go. Felt soso in the am so I went for it.

Warmup 75kg x5 2 sets
175kg x 2, x1
265kg x 1. Felt alright
352.5kg/777 x1 was super fucking hard but is a 7.5kg gain from last time so I’ll take it. I don’t know how these translate to free bar floor deads where you can get some jump out of the bar/weight.

Slow negative to 12" with 415kg/914

Was going to do dips right after these but I was 100% BTFO.
