Thanks Soldog. Really appreciate the comment!
Lol Pete. IDK maybe do a once a week training recap and vids update? The facility in the vids really won’t change much. If you pm me your email I’ll send you pics of the new facility, last of the equipment will be here tmrw (i hope). It’s off the charts for training although not really set up for pl’ing so I’ll probably train in the old one? We’ll see.
Best of luck! Looking forward to seeing your return on the next log.

Thanks DJS, Trained yesterday and it felt soooo good to workout again. Last 3-4 weeks before comp were either light weeks or low volume weeks and not much work. felt good to get back to some volume and get a good sweat going!
George is right you are a class act and incredibly knowledgeable and modest.
I’ve learned a huge amount from reading your log especially about cycling intensity and knowing when to go for it and when to be smart and rest.
Now I just need to develop the common sense to implement it. LOL
Thanks for sharing.

(answering you from Up’s log)
Yes. You’re calling it your “training just to train” period, I’m going to call it your “ready to be awesome at anything” template. ![]()

Well, everything the rest of us do is super exciting. So perhaps it’s best that you’ve taken leave.
Seriously, good to have you visit.
Lol snap! All you guys/gals logs are full of personality, pics, vids, stories, reipes etc. Mine was pretty vanilla.

Yours was full of unbelievably incredible form and impressive strength for all of your lifts. How can that be vanilla?

Combo

Mine is full of other shit cause I’m weak. If I was as strong as you my log would have nothing but examples of my awesomeness.
Lol Pete, about 20-25 min?
Well thanks Joe,
My apologies, German, I just now looked at your meet results. Wow! Nothing vanilla about it! Sure gives me something to work for.
I could not agree more with the comments regarding the quality of this log. I learned a lot from watching your vids and hearing your commentary.
Good to see you back.
