Looks like knee can be pin pointed to spot where one of the hams, and i think sartorius and gracillious attach. (3 things…lol). Regardless one or all of them are the culprits.
Did some stretching and lacrosse ball rolls and seemed to have an immediate impact although only for a short period of time.

So miss Upscale is there going to be an ab showdown in may???
Left knee little stiff and a bit swollen today. I think it is a by product of some stuff going on in hamstring and maybe some other dysfunction? So i think knee takes the punishment. Plan is to foam/lacrosse ball roll, stretch and ice the knee. We’ll see how it goes.[/quote]
No, no showdown. Ripped abs are cool, but that isnt my goal. Not to mention Im liking the added weight and softness in abs. I will work harder to get the definition in my legs i want.
I like you “bigger” dont lose that look trying to get abs.
Ok US, you win ![]()

That’s some mighty strong work there Germanone!
But aren’t those just deficit deadlifts not SLDLs?

I would use a lot more legs if the were regular deads. trying to pull there stiff legged but there is some bend versus completely straight legged.

Thanks Maschy,
You’re not going to be one of those people are you? You know the ones that clear a spot around them and do a full body stretch before their flight…lol
Have you ever seen that? Interesting. And i don’t mean like someone has a tight back and does a little stretch, i mean like a 40-45 min full body stretch, yoga poses and all.
