Thanks Snap, i hope to get to see all of friday, or most of it. Will miss sunday though, have to get back. Should be some outstanding lifts/lifters there.

Lol O, lifting. Been confusing…ran a meet, helped in another, lifting in a third.

Edit: BTW got to get back to N. Idaho off the grid for a quick weekend. I may go there and never return some day. Just got to get my home gym there lol. Beautiful weather, no camp fire since it was so dry (which i love camp fires, mesmerize me) but everything else was perfect.

Meet is 20th
Low bar shortens the lever arm a bit and gets the weight distributed more to the glutes/hams. Higher bar is more quad but definetly has its benefits. I like a combination of both in training.

Thanks. Yes hopefully on vids. Lots of lifters and probably 3 platforms going at once so vids may be tough as far as getting a good shot but we’ll see.
Travel day today. Spent all day either in airport or on plane. Got a stretch in when I got home and some glute activation stuff. Did run into a few lifters on last flight so that was cool. Tomorrow rest, watch meet and help anyone that I know that mey need something then get ready for saturday. Really looking forward to seeing tomorrows sessions!
