Don’t you need to put some oil in those hydraulics that you use for your deadlifts?

I must say - I disagree whole heartedly.
Nice ass - Can I say that in your log? wouldn’t want to offend ![]()
And I’ve got a weakness for the grunting which you do plenty of. I have a feeling I’ll enjoy your log.
I know others have mentionned it but your squats are poetry.
Holy crap, awesome lifting. You’re certainly an inspiration for me.

Hey it is the truth. I certainly feel like I can achieve more with more effort (after seeing your numbers and lifts). The more people who could see you lift, I’m sure would be just as inspired if not more than I. Good stuff.

There’s nothing wrong with a bit of grunting. I don’t know how you’d avoid it when you are straining. I tend to do it more on lighter, higher volume sets vs. heavy.
Squat day today. Hip is feeling better, going in the right direction. Felt good through 405 warm-up, 455, 495 were so so and 405x3 hip started pinching
Squat
405x1
455x1
495x1
405x3
SL Bulgarian
135/3x5 E
Lunge in place
135/3x5 E
Pistol to 19" bench
3x5 E
Back ext
70/3x8
Rev hyper
90/15/10
Really need to get legs working symmetrically on SL stuff and definitely need Rev hyper work. Hams took over for glutes right away.
Edit: Did 545x5 1/8 squat after 405x3. Basically set up with weight and unlock hips a few inches to get used too the weight.
