The pressing looked great. You are to be congratulated on your spotters…
Thanks Pete, place is off the grid. No power, water, has an outhouse etc. Moose and deer running around. It really is a get away. Cell phones don’t even work there lol.
Thanks Joe, i’ll let them know you appreciate their efforts.

Had a little get away to the cabinet mountains in Id last weekend. Got a few cool pics.[/quote]
The cabinets are beautiful. Upper and Wanless Lakes for a week, Noxon Montana in 2007.
Ever been to Mallard - Larkins pioneer area in Idaho? I go in through Avery Id. Good bulltrout fishing.
Never heard of the cabinet mountains before, looks like a great place to go and get away.
Nice pressing to say the least.

Nice pressing - and those squats so smooth.
I will admit to spotter envy Im lucky if I can get someone to hand me a dumbell.
will try that style of loaded pushups next time I do some
did your style of ab roll outs with the pause they kicked my ass.
Beauteous stuff. Truly.
Man, your sessions are fantastic. You’re super consistent with the ab work. Do you typically do it outside of your normal training sessions? Your lifts are textbook btw.
james
Thanks Kev, yea those roll out holds will get ya. I like the push-ups off the block but i can see i need to get a hair deeper.
Thanks Snap, always a pleasure to have you stop by!
Thanks James, started doing abs seperate this past spring, i think Up was doing that if i remember right and i though hmmm good idea. Realy like just having an ab workout on a non lift day
I’m impressed how tight you keep on your bench press. On those sets of 3, at what point did you take a breath or do you hold your breath throughout? Thanks.

Thanks. I air up prior to first rep but never completely exhale, although i do breath out a little, then air up for second rep, etc. So i guess don’t really hold my breath but don’t breath out enough to relax…hope that make sense?
Deadlift day
Blah!!! Got the double whammy today, tight, sore, tired and deads from my weakest point…not a good mix…lol
Deads off 3"
after warm-ups
552x1
602x0
Done
Time to freshen up and let my hips settle down. Deads was literally all pull, no leg drive.
Pm…
Good 20 min stretch and 10 min of soft tissue work on little wooden thing with the four legs and smiley face. Not sure what they are called other than painful. feeling better now than when i tried to lift earlier.
Maybe come back tomorrow with some light deads and then finish todays workout, see how i feel tomorrow.

My humble opinion skip trying to finish the workout, let it go. Shit get’s tight, two days in a row is gonna fuck it up. We ain’t 20 any more…

Outstanding all around lifting. Great vids and loved the gettaway pics.
