They are almost oddly perfect looking. I don’t know how the physics works. His ships are almost straight up.

btw, I don’t want to be an alarmist but there is a young girl watching your backside and hopping like a bunny behind you.

Yeah, Mrs O’s right, that woman checking out your arse was not being very subtle about it!!

Thanks, maybe a little too robotic, not sure.

Thanks, I almost think my hips are getting too far away from my center of gravity, may have to get them in a little closer but we’ll see. Thanks for eads up on the young lady watching…ha ha ha

I am sure she was concentrating on my depth… 20 years ago maybe not…haha.

Screwed up the vid and had 424 on there twice. One of those days…
Here is the vid done right.

Like I have always said…smooth…effortless…the Marvin Gaye of lifting!

Lol thanks Matty, welcome back

Bench day

Bench (after warm-ups)
360/2x3 On vid

Towel Bench
385x1
402x1 (on vid)

Press behind head seated
132/3x5

Weighted push-us
145/3x5 (set 2 on vid)

Db row
100/3x6

T-bar row
180/3x6

Db tri
50/4x6

Bench felt solid tonight as well as towel bench. Need to get a hair deeper on weighted push-ups, glad i taped them!

Solid benching. Are you pushing the bar back a bit toward your face rather than straight up? I always found an arc to be easier but I’m pretty inconsistent.

Now, about the shapely young women that are so eager to help. What’s up with that?

Thanks Git. Yes on the bar path, seems to work very well for most people, gets ya throught that sticking point IMO.
As for the ladies…i think they just feel sorry for the old guy…lol

Had a little get away to the cabinet mountains in Id last weekend. Got a few cool pics.

Had great weather for the most part with a nice little afternoon shower

Trying pic again
Sky was a little angry

Which lead to a nice rainbow

Last one, liked the contrast of the sun, shadows and color on the mountain

solid work in here as always. like the gettaway pics
