What’s with the “PUSSY” pad on the rollouts?

I do them kneeling on broken glass!!

Seriously though, is there any exercise you’re not great at?. I know how women who read Vogue must feel when they look at the models. When I visit your log I always leave feeling inadequate (sad face emoticon).

Mind you I haven’t seen a chin up video yet. Maybe you can’t do one full chin up?

Well thanks but i really don’t see it that way. I could never make it through your squat workout…i’de be dead for weeks so i am just as amazed when i watch you do that…i just think that friggin guy is crazy…in a good way.

Well thanks but i really don’t see it that way. I could never make it through your squat workout…i’de be dead for weeks so i am just as amazed when i watch you do that…i just think that friggin guy is crazy…in a good way.

Even though you say you’re not that good at chins, I would not be one bit surprised if you managed a one handed chin up first time of trying, LOL.

lol your probably right FB - he is probably one of the most modest/humble people i know. We are quite the pair hes humble and Im clueless…doesnt everyone load on 500 lbs and look like its a cake walk? haha priceless!

Thanks James, yes they are deadlift slippers. First time using them. I used to use wrestling shoes, then actually pulled in sneakers last 2 meets, went to just socks a few weeks ago and liked that so i ordered some slippers. I think i’ll stick with them lol

Appreciate it late, that is a farmers walk bar.

Legs/back feel really good today. Really becoming a believer in the am workout and pm gpp for recovery. Pete had talked about that earlier and i am liking it better than doing gpp a day or two later. May try some upper stuff tonight.

good looking benching, nice weight on the narrows.

One thought for upper recovery work would be high rep band work, i.e band flys, pressdowns, etc.
