Ha ha ha ha…oh the inner struggle i have going…i think i’ll pull my gear out tonight. I wonder if i can alternate gear weeks and raw weeks? Similiar to the flat/peak weeks or power/heavy weeks, just flip flop the gear? hmmmm

Amazing back development. Now I see where that deadlift strength comes from or vice versa.

OMG LMAO, could you believe that. I could only imagine the look on both of our faces. And it’s not like he was old either, like ya know sometime old people might do something like that.

Interesting you mention claustrophobia. I had a claustrophobic moment yesterday in my full squat gear. The suit is so tight on me and then with the wraps and the belt. I got a bit panicky. Thought it was just me.

And then I went swimming with my daughter last night. Forgot all about the abrasions. Looked like I’d been tight up or beated with cords. Ahh well.

Next time, bring your husband with you (in full wife beater gear) so that he can bask in the associated street cred.

(just kidding of course, with apologies to all the ladies that read this)

don’t think punnyguy is too large, so I am not sure he qualifies for being in the bear den, bear cub maybe?

comment on your de set up. green bands? that slack? doubled minis, of whatever tension, works much better, and you get constant tension through out (albeit a lot more at lockout). fairly long reach, how tall are you?

Ya i saw that band unload when i wathced first set and thought dam, but i didn’t want to stop and mess with it. Do you think doubled mini or maybe loop green band around the bar a time or two?
