nice training too-
nice work.
I am discovering some similar evolutionary traits in my training and yours-
finding that lots of work on the same lifts- and amazingly - they go up.
Lol, i know. Just when i kinda had my recovery/work load dialed in…that’s life.
I am trying to find a balance on the main lifts and aux lifts. Seems like if i keep getting some descent volume on the main lifts followed by some volume on an aux lift that is maybe 1 degree away i am getting some descent carry over?

You needed to carb up a bit! Carb comas are the best for getting a good nights sleep. Your call on dinner? Surprise me!

Today was great, thanks again. Deeper deeper…Ill get it. looking forward to upper !
See ya bright and early … IF i can move tomorrow.
Upscale you really nailed your squat today, depth was perfect!!! Bench looked great too, 80x1 on your first time benching and barely missing 85. The miss definitely wasn’t strength, just a little out of grove. But your arch, leg drive and bar path are right on. Conventional deads are perfect for you, or your build is perfect for them. YOu naturally pull the bar back and shift to your heals right out of the gate. Once your back gets a little stronger your gonna pull some good weight. Can’t believe how fast you picked everything up. Awesome work, now get some rest. Now i need to get you into a meet in the next year…

Another week would be perfect, you would have everything on point. You were psyched after getting the bench technique down, awesome to see. I think your bench is going to go up quick along with your other lifts. Ya better practice cause i wanna see some improvements when i swing back by
Knee is still a little swollen so increased box height on squat. Made squats a hair high but knee sure liked it. also adjusted some other leg stuff to take it easy on knee.
Band squat 13.5" box
315+gr
7x2
Took about 2:30 rest between
Used tendo to make sure power didn’t drop from first to last set by more than 10%
Was looking for 5-7 sets, power dropped on 7th set so made the goal

That looks like a pretty sophisticated band box squat setup. What is the tiny diameter band on the far left?
Very nice avi, BTW. And, umm, how do you know UpScale? I’m assumer her “deeper, deeper” comment was related to squats?
Hey Snap, thanks on the avi. Tiny band is the chord from the tendo unit. I like to set up bands independent of the rack so that if i am in a different rack the band tension is still the same. Pretty simple to set up.
Up and I lived in the same state/area for several years. Ha ha ha yes deeper was related to the back squats and single leg Bulgarian squats.
The plate is not very wide so really would depend on your power squat stance. I really prefer to do the high bar box squat and front squat but these machines seem to be easier on my knee. Thinking of alternating weeks between the bar loaded stuff and the machine stuff.
BTW you friggin guys are really giving me the itch to get in gear again…been two years
