Holy 410 moly! awesome stuff Crippler. Can I borrow Robbie? I could use some help
Thanks guys. I’m not sure Robbie is all there, but he does challenge me. He said he has something else in store for next Saturday. He’s one of the three guys who I trust to spot. He also hit me up this morning with “we should box.” I told him I’m really not sure that’s something I really want to do.

Great! I appreciate you and I am waiting for more info.
Sweet benching. If you hadn’t benched 405x2 I bet you could have gotten 415 or 420. Impressive.
Maybe. I know the second rep was a little more than I had in me. Like I posted, I needed a little help half way up. When was done I just laid there for 405 and 410. I’m pretty sore today.
Sore? Come on. You animal.
How’s the job? Had corrections officer in office Friday. Seems an inmate threw human waste on him so next day he threw hot coffee on inmate. Inmate somehow got officer arrested for aggravated battery (who on earth in da’s office authorized that?) Officer pled to simple battery and inmate filed tort suit in federal court based on the conviction. Officer came to us to defend him from any money judgment.
Thought you ought to know.
It’s been pretty good. I am the administrative lieutenant, so my office in in another building. I have, however, been trying to walk around inside and meet the troops. I’m in training this week for executive leadership. Next week my goal is to work an eight hour shift on the floor, so I can learn something.
I was once sued for $5 million, after I was assaulted. We working off an off duty job at the rodeo dance. Some cowboys assaulted my partner and me. They all went to jail, but the jury hung on the charges. Entry into the hotel room by my partner was the hang up. We were then sued. It went to Federal Court, where two guys fell off. The county settle with one guy for $30,000 to go away (we admitted no fault). We went counter sued the other guy and went to arbitration. We won, but were awarded $0. The arbitrator said it was part of our job to get assaulted. It was news to me.
Why am I strongly tempted to write dumb arbitrator here?
Crazy. He was some sort of attorney who worked civil cases having to do with property, if I recall. That finished 15 years ago I think. I’m no longer bitter.

I dropped the weight way down to start my routine over again. I moved pretty fast and was out of there in less than an hour. Biker is correct that you will get used to the early morning. This was the first time I have ever deadlifted so early, and there was plenty of energy.
Exactly.
I thoroughly enjoy early morning workouts (am currently running at a 3:30 or 3:45am workout slot), what I notice is that the carbs I have (or don’t have) the evening before really make a big difference in my out put, once I got used to it my power output really didn’t change much.
Thanks. It’s been two weeks and feel I am getting used to it. In fact I plan on taking a day off from lifting tomorrow, but still head in at 5:00 for cardio because I’m a fat ass.
Fat asses are better fixed in the kitchen.
True that. Of course the wife and I just went out for dinner and drinks. I just mowed down a pretty nice steak.
