Crippler, with your pullup work, would handstand pushups be easier now? I haven’t tried any in awhile but you’re stronger than I am.
I look forward to them and hate them at the same time.

While I am on my old guy rants, the other thing that pisses me off is guys who wear pajamas and/or flip flops to the gym. One was actually wearing slippers tonight. That’s enough anger for one night. Good night all…
Nothing says gym safety like flip flops and slippers. I do find lounge pants, at my home gym, to be quite comfortable. But never in a public gym.
Ditto- more and more at my 24fitness. Certainly, and ‘new year rush’ doesn’t help.

You’re right, that’s probably a lot of it. I guess in about another month most of them will be gone.

My 4th rep of 315 was a mess and I bailed after that. My spotter asked why I stopped. He said I had one more in me. I reset and went to war with number five. He gave me a slight bump at the bottom, but I got it and will count it. I’m glad he pushed me, since five was the goal.
Also, once more biker pushes me. I tried handstand push-ups today, after not doing them for a long time. He was correct once more. I was able to do 23, which has to be an all-time high for me.
