Today was a nice bounce back from last week. I was only able to complete three at 385 last week, so I stopped and tried it again this week. I normally only deadlift every two weeks, but I felt good today. I had to reset a couple of times, but I gutted out the 10.

You seem to love OHPs @145. Maybe add some 5s in the new year?
Certainly a byproduct of your weighted pullups.

It’s coming. I was stuck at 135 for a long time. I moved to 145 about two months ago. For some reason I really suck at this exercise. I do think pullups are helping.

I recently purchase an extremely expensive piece of equipment at work. The business rep / trainer is also a lifter. I told him I expected some swag from his company. He set me up with a hat and a cool shirt that fits really good.

I wore the shirt to the gym today. A guy I’ve known for a while came over and told me I looked like I lost a lot of weight. I told him to the contrary I have gained few pounds. He told me whatever I’m doing to keep it up, because I look better than at any point he has known me. I thought that was pretty nice on his part.

Bet that arm workout has likely produced 20"+ biceps by now, and the weighted pullups have increased your strentgh.

Shirt was just the icing.
