Notice any effects from weighted pullups?
My biceps seem bigger longer with weighted pullups. Lats too.
Worth the struggle with getting into my year old leather jacket.

It’s been a while since I can say nothing worked. Today was that day. My workout called for 10 reps at 385. I almost bagged it when 345 about killed me. 385 was no better. I did the minimum and left. I figure I’ll do this one again, and save my legs.
