Ooooo.
I want one.
I’m to the point I really can’t bend my arms back to grasp the bar for a back squat. I don’t compete in squats anyway, so this is a good work around.

That’s the exact trouble I’ve been having and even physical theraphy didn’t really help much. I used that U squat machine a few weeks ago in a different gym and I thought it was a great alternative to the SSB squatting I have to do.
I saw someone use two bar pads (a pad to put on bar to reduce neck pain in squatting) for Zerchers and I’m thinking of getting a pair.
When I do machine squats thats what I use… I like it

This was a fast one. It was 90 degrees after work, so I hit the gym.
That machine does cool indeed- I like the ‘facing both ways’ pads.
Your carries are crazy- Bro.
Thanks. I guess carrying stuff is the one thing I’m good at.
Ah the good old days!

The meet is in just over a month. Today, I decided to see what I could do. My goal is 455-460. 445 was not happening today. For the next deadlift day, I’ll go later in the day to be closer to a meet situation. I’ll also zero in on my three lifts. I need 425 for the state record. I’m sure I have that.
Your goal wont be a problem. Maybe stay away from a heavy carry day for 2-3 weeks out, plus a taper/deload 1+ week out= Strong as Hell.
You’re right. I’ve been avoiding carries on DL week. I need to avoid leg day too.

I noticed from lifting in the garage for two years, I don’t screw around. When I go to the public gym, I notice a lot of people standing around and playing grab ass. I put my earbuds in and go for it.
Still a public gym’s more fun.
