The garage door was open and the guns were showing.

You’re ready for weekend.

Maybe consider combining about 4 more of those exercises to do 6 exercises in 3 grouped supersets, but only if you want to experience the pump of your life.

I actually was thinking that very thing.

That’s all she wrote. I had planned on more, but after my last set I notice I broke my belt. I have an Inzer lever action Forever Belt. I think I purchased in in 2012, so I’ve had a good run. I called Inzer and the lady is sending me a new lever today, no charge.

That was pretty awesome. I beat my 200 pound PR by 1000 steps. My first set was 1000 steps. Each time I thought I would stop, I kept going.

My a-hole neighbor was outside mowing his lawn (HOA president guy). There was a light breeze and it was raining just a little. He was bundled up with a hoodie (hood on), long pants and gloves, riding his little mower. I was out there with cut off sleeves, short pants, and the bald head blazing. He looked at me funny when I dropped an F-bomb.

Awesome stuff Crip… huge PR…Im heading over to storage this weekend to get my sandbag and farmers bars…

Er, beyond awesome. Really great work.

Thanks gents. My pedometer said I walked just over 2100 steps at work, since I sit on my butt all day. My legs are feeling the affects of 3000 sandbag steps this morning.

OG, go for it. I am a huge believer. You gain strength, plus it’s a great cardio workout.

Bet the pump will be longer lasting.
Easier to limit superset work to 2 exercises at a time.

I had the day off today, because I have to get a grownup procedure on Wednesday…a colonoscopy. I had to report in for a covid test at 8:00 AM, so I got my workout done before. I am supposed to quarantine now until then.

COVID and colonoscopy? Wow, that’s not fun.

No, I don’t have covid. I just needed to test before they work on me.

Too funny- I have a 4 day ‘medical weekend’ coming up, with the same (and then some)

Welcome to the rest of our lives.

Sorry I missed the 200lbs carry PR- it’s over the top impressive :mechanical_arm:
