Crippler’s seriously strong.

He’s stronger than I was at that age, particularly on benches and deads. He disagrees, but I still think his sandbag work contributes in some way.

How old are your kids?

Maybe try pushups with feet elevated at least 24 inches. Supposed to work that smaller upper chest muscle just below clavicle height.
