Continuing the deadlift work in the rack. Might try that method.
I was just looking for something to do. I thought by adding heavy, low rep, rack pulls, it might be a nice added feature to my higher rep work.

The driveway had a lot of ice on it tonight, which added a little danger. I cut things short, since the wife wanted to go out for dinner.

I took yesterday off, due to still feeling like crap. Still dealing with sinus issues. Today is much better.
I looked to my right today and saw some guy pulling his basketball shorts up above his nipples. I could not stop watching. My buddy Nas also noticed and we had a good laugh later. He then goes to the squat rack and puts 345 on with no warm up. He “squats” about four inches per rep and grunts really loud. This guy made my day!
