I started with 100 pounds. It was very hard to handle. In a couple of weeks, however, you get used to it. I then went to 150 and thought it was a mistake. Now 150 is nothing. I would start at 75 and work with it a couple of weeks. Before long you will be at 100. I’m sold on sandbags now.

Thanks. I’ll give them a look. I really am not looking for anything top of the line, since it’s just for my garage. I am seeing these bars for $300 to $500. That’s more than I am going to spend.

I thought I would give 415 a ride after 355. It was short ride. I’ll load up on Bang next week and try again.

It’s not too bad. I had a set back Saturday night. My son came home for the weekend. His birthday is next week, so we decided to have a family dinner. He wanted Mexican, so we ordered out. I got carne asada with no rice. I had no idea the refried beans had so many carbs. My goal is eight more pounds by Saturday.

Sandbag Over The Shoulders: 2500 steps x 150

Not too bad. I was able to equal my total step high number at 150 pounds.

Do you switch shoulders back and forth or is this like a fireman’s carry ? And may I add…awesome ! 2500 steps would be over a mile…

But refried beans are amazing!

All of the above. I hit both shoulders and get in the fireman’s carry.

Need to add sand.
