I think it would be interested to see some examples of old guys who are still jacked despite their age,they should be the ones we could learn a lot from… By old I mean over 50 Frank Zane comes to mid but I’m not sure if he’s still jacked… Dave Draper…maybe Sly Stallone Any other ?.. Found this…

observation, why is it that it seems as we get older, we can hang on to our arm size and fullness, but seem to lose the shoulders? am i not the only person who noticed that?
