observation, why is it that it seems as we get older, we can hang on to our arm size and fullness, but seem to lose the shoulders?
am i not the only person who noticed that?

shoulder injuries/mobility problems?
Kevin Nash, the one and only… big Diesel. Posted on his Twitter page this past December with the caption “Starting my diet 302 today.” He’s most often listed as being 6’9". 53 years old and I think he’s currently/still doing some wrestling in Japan.

If I had to take a wild and probably-unfounded guess, I’d say it’s what happens after a relatively-delicate joint takes decades of wear and tear from lifting, sports, and life in general. If there ends up being less options to train/maintain the shoulder musculature, then I’d expect it to lag relative to the rest of the physique.

I still remember a video of him running and tackling some douche bag that decided to throw rocks at the wrestlers at some event. Not the kind of guy I’d want to piss off and get tackled by.

He did a interview for the local radio show, sounded like a cool ass dude.
Yeah, I know, this’ll start the HGH, PED’s discussion. Still very impressive for any age, let alone 65.
And to be honest, at age 59,I’d be on HGH if I could afford it.
I just posted this in another thread, but TN’s very own “Over 35” logger, “Old Navy” is a badass mofo:
