Thank you Z man, I will Rock On! Just a lil funny… I go to the one grocery store in town this morning to grab some stuff, water etc… I go to this store every day. It’s not like they don’t know me. One of the girls comes around the corner and says," Can I help you sir?" I give her “the look” from under the bill of my fave cap, and smiled. She fell over herself apologizing and I told her it was obiviously my dynamic traps that made her think I was a sir. She smiled and nodded, not having a clue what I was talking about. ![]()

Got home at a decent hour and thought some extra squats would be a good idea, and it was.

I figured out the hand rails on the hamster wheel is a good place to pratice the inverted rows with my feet on a bench. Did 3 sets and Jed starts laughing and wants to know how long I can hold that “pose” so he turns it on! Hilarious! I do another set and on the last one he makes me hang there with the belt running under my back. Made it way longer than I thought I would.
