My right leg from the chin down is wrecked…lol

People are going to start to talk…lol. my goal is to bench at least my bodyweight 125ish. If I can hit the triple digits I can have my Oly bar, but… I am kinda getting freaked out. By how thick my upper body is getting. Maybe, I need to cut the volume and up the weight? Or blow up my arms and ass so it’s just not so noticeable.

Anyhoo…sounds like some good hip extension/ thruster type movements in your future. I’m a big fan of them myself. Pretty sure you’ve mentioned Brett Conteras (?) in the past; great website/video instruction on hip thrusters ect.

But seriously, I’m a big fan of the BPA’s you’ve been doing; facepulls ect. also. And I’m back to doing thrusters (smith machine) once a week or so. I have a desk job mainly, so the first helps posture/shoulder health; thrusters help with the sit-on-my-arse too much part of the job.
I think you’ll like the glute/extension work a lot. It really makes me feel more stable, athletic and strong, doing EVERYTHING else in and out of the gym. It also allows me to wear my “dangerous curves below” t-shirt with pride and confidence.
