So, I went back and read CT’s 915 program and he says incline bench or push presses to help. Ewww… the push presses I can probably handle. Not sure about the incline thing. Everytime I do incline DB presses my right middle delt gets pissy. (Something in there gets really tight.) The day after I did inclines the last time I cut those trees, and when I chucked a log on the pile it snapped. It almost put me on my knees it hurt so bad, but hasn’t bothered me since. Of course I haven’t done anymore incline presses either. Hmmm…

BPAs are good though. A lot of folks don’t get enough rear delt work. Not to mention, rear delts ARE sexy.

Kpsnap, not to belittle your thoughts on sexiness–with which I somewhat agree–but we currently represent a young lady who has just qualified for the Miss Louisiana contest in October. I confess I haven’t noticed her attitude. We are presently attempting to reduce staring and to keep our tongues in our mouths when she’s in office.
