I’ve taken ZMA on and off for years. I exist in a state of constant sleep deprivation, so I can’t always tell when supplements make a meaningful difference. But a number of experts I trust say that virtually the entire population is deficient in Zn and Mg and that nearly everyone would benefit from taking it.
Thanks guys.i know at my age hormones come into play, but not sure that is the sole cause for the night sweats. What the hell, can’t hurt to try it.

Whoot! Whoot! Found me a bargain today. 2- 25# Oly plates for $25!!! Of, course I had to buy the whole ab/ back machine to get them. Packing that thing to the gym was a workout in itself. After dark, thru the grass. Uphill both ways…lol Didn’t really want the machine part, but oh well.
if you put the 25s under your pillow…they turn into 35s! nice work in here

Played with the new toy a bit, wasn’t impressed, but I that was to be expected. I come to the conclusion that I am going to have to enlarge my gym, no doubt about it. I bought a Bowflex( $50) a few months ago because I wanted the adjustable pulleys off it to make me a better cable system than what I have. Well, before I got it in there, Jed went out and did pretty much, a full body routine on it. With the 50lb bows none the less. He only did it once so I asked him yesterday if he was going to use it anymore, he said " Maybe" So, now I don’t know if I want to disassemble it or not. Hmmmm…it just takes up too much room!
And so…it has happened. She starts posting in March, and ‘has to’ enlarge gym by June! You will find much company here, for those feelings:)
That makes it sound a little sketchy. But, I actually joined T Nation back in July of 2015. I could not POST until March 2016. Sure wish that would have panned out differently, I might have been further along, instead of screwing up. But, I suppose I would not have learned a valuable lesson. Stayed home and squatted instead. Last night, I really didn’t think I would be able to do the last 2 sets. Tah dah!!! I am all full of myself now.
However I would like to ask y’all’s opinion. This is the last week of the second cycle, I have been feeling pretty damn magically delicious, do I need to deload next? Or since the weight drops anyway just start on cycle three. And even tho Mr. Wendler doesn’t have many options listed in the way of arms
I think I need to work on them. I have put nearly 2 inches on my chest, gained an inch on my legs, but zero, nada, zip, zilt on my arms. And let’s face it, I have to tie a pork chop around my neck just to get the dog to play with me, I don’t need to look any uglier. Do y’all think I can do arms/shoulders on “rest” days? Seriously tho, I am afraid that is going to be my downfall.

My .02= Nope. Keep rolling into the next cycle. At some point, you wont feel so ‘magical’; for now, ride the wave. That thing called LIFE, often hands you an unexpected deload anyway ![]()
Wendler is big on Dips/Chins, if you can. Mixing in direct arm stuff would be easy for you.
You’ve got your OHP day already. Add arms in there, or anywhere really; another day would be fine.
