Thanks K! It is 5/3/1 for Hard Gainers. He put it out about a month ago. 5x5’s on the end of bench & deads, the 20rep widowmaker at the end of squats, then 10x5 on the press. I didn’t do a deload, don’t think I am strong enough to worry about it.

The rest will have to wait until tomorrow. Almost trashed my arms again with big 20’s. Both arms were not happy yesterday morning so I figured I would wait and lift today. Well… after digging around in flower beds, full of scorpions and 1 snake sighting, to repair a sprinkler system, I was stressed. Think I sniffed too much Rosemary, good Lord, they were the size of my pick up, crawling over and under them. Follow that with a little additional work, then ended up cleaning a chicken house, some more house work then tilled an entire garden. Just didn’t sleep well after all that.
Put it off as long as I could today, but did manage to get the main lift in.
My hands are swollen and the left one is now aching for no appearent reason.
So widowmakers are cardio…

Well that’s what Little Strick said…lol makes sense to me. If I can get myself straightened out by tomorrow, might test the waters and make a couple of changes. Even as shitty as I feel today, the weight was not an issue.

Scorpions I can deal with, but I REALLY hate snakes! Kept thinking I was going to find him/his brothers in the dead leaves under the bushes. Might have to enlist GV for the AHole neighbors. Appearently he knows how to deal with those …lol
How early can you plant stuff down there?
We didn’t have much of a winter this year, so I planted these the first or second week of March. Can’t remember for sure. The weather has been pretty crazy here this year, it was 102 degrees a couple weeks ago, and in the 60’s last week…lol
I had been griping for a couple of months about not being able to plant. I moved here from Oklahoma. So, I was used to having things in the ground well before Mother’s Day.
Looks like a good harvest! I am jealous! My bean plants are about 3" tall right now.
