Sorry for high-jacking your thread but… Would you happen to know of any olympic lifters/coaches in Vermont? I am very interested in it and have some experience with it, but want to go at it correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

How do you come up with your ME exercises? Do you just put together random parts of the oly-lifts or do you have some sort of a system? The idea of westside for OL is very interesting to me.
