I’m going to work my behind the neck Jerks also after the English. C&J 3x then Snatch 1x. One of the C&J sessions I’ll do some PS also.

I’ll test out lifting today but, it really doesn’t hurt that much at all. It just feels like it has a lot of laxity on the anterior side of the humerus which is not a good thing… just seems slightly unstable.
