Hang Snatch:
-up to 70kg 3x2 (had to use straps)
Hang Clean:
-up to 80kg 3reps
-moved up to 85kg 2reps…that’s it
—my left wrist was starting to bother me. I was using straps for these and the bar was not spinning fast enough so my left wrist was holding too much of the weight
Hang Clean Pulls:
-up to 110kg 3x3
—I was burned out by the 3rd set.
Ring Pull up + Abwheel (kneeling)
-7reps…+…20reps
(no rest)
-3reps…+…10reps
(rest)

—I was burned out by the 3rd set and could not do the 7+3pullups, instead I did 4+3+1+1+3
Ring Face pulls (using my legs to help) + Abwheel (standing using the platform to stop me)

cloystreng and I were supposed to go to the meet in PA.
BUT I found out the day before that weigh ins were at 7am-8pm for everyone (20 lifters total). This meant that we would have to get up at 5am (probably earlier) and leave around 5:30am to weigh in at 7:30am.
That shit was just too fucking early. There will be another meet in December we will do that one.

–I wanted to do 2x5. But it felt really heavy and I did not want to strain my lower-back, so I just broke up the reps.
Wind Shield Wipers:
-18reps (pr)
-14reps
-6reps–> the ribs on the left-side bellow my pec started to hurt really bad on those.

Haha, same for me! My lifting 2 weeks prior to the meet was real shitty. Before the meet, the last time I hit my INTENDED openers (110/125) was 2 weeks before. So let’s just say the meet, I felt like shit (not to mention sleep was terrible the week beforehand due to school). My warm-ups sucked, and my technique was off.
Here’s how it went:
Snatch

Overall, got 3rd place. The two lifters ahead of me (I’m on the right) were way fucking better. Like 140/165 better.

Well, my max snatch is 115, max c&j 135. I wanted to open with 110 on the snatch because I KNOW I can hit that easily if my form is on. I can hit 110 pretty consistently, on a daily basis, even for a few singles. As for C&J, I was going to do 125/130, and then 136 for a PR.
So from now on my training is going to have a less Oly stuff and more Bodyweight stuff and running, as I get closer to my shipping date for Basic. I was reading what OCS is going to be like and I will be put to run 60miles a week! Fucking crazy, no wonder 1/4 of the people there drop due to ankle injuries.

Other way around, 10 sets 3 reps. It fucking sucks… takes so long to get through but it is very effective IMO. Back squats 10setsx3reps are only slightly funner.
