Today’s Mediocre Session… my gym has no A/C, and today it was hot and humid and Chicago. This = me feeling like shit and sorta lethargic… anyways

Muscle Snatch - heavy single - 71kg, I’ve done heavier, called it at that weight

Mid-hang snatch - 70% x 2 x 4 - 73kg

Mid-hang clean + push jerk - 70% x 4 sets - 87kg

Dips - 1 set 6 reps, yeahp.

*Note: tore my callous on my right hand, used straps for snatches, and did not use hook grip for clean. Shitty session overall, oh well.

At 10:30am I had some Chiropractic and ART stuff done on my lower back and hips… the whole thing lasted around 30mins. The right side of my hip was stiff so extra work was done on the right side.

Overall it was good, the guy knew his stuff… but it was not quite worth the $90 I paid.

I was referred my dfreeze to another guy who is farther North who charges $70 and digs in into the muscles.

Have your toes slightly pointed outwards a bit and make them a tiny bit wider.

Dip down but make sure your knees go outwards so your body goes perectly straight down and up. Do this behind a wall. If your bum hits the wall your leaning.

Just takes practice.
