At 10:30am I had some Chiropractic and ART stuff done on my lower back and hips… the whole thing lasted around 30mins. The right side of my hip was stiff so extra work was done on the right side.
Overall it was good, the guy knew his stuff… but it was not quite worth the $90 I paid.
I was referred my dfreeze to another guy who is farther North who charges $70 and digs in into the muscles.

Have your toes slightly pointed outwards a bit and make them a tiny bit wider.
Dip down but make sure your knees go outwards so your body goes perectly straight down and up. Do this behind a wall. If your bum hits the wall your leaning.
Think so more mobility work is in order too I’m really arching my lower back in the split part of the jerk guessing because of lack of shoulder or upper mobility
