Team Meeting with other trainers and boss guy today, right? The discussion was geared to making us seem more “commited to the lifestyle”. We all gave suggestions as to what we thought would make us appear that way.

I suggested a small uniform change for the trainers that are actually on their shit…like a Varsity type deal. My reasoning was pretty much the same as The T-Cell on this site. The new uni’s would be staright black vs the blue ones we have now…and there could be levels between the blue and black ones (i.e. JV type thing). I also said rgar we could put up signs and promote the new “levels” of trainers at the gym.

I personally don’t think this was a bad idea.

Whether I do or nawt it was dismissed.
