Just had bench press in today’s routine as part of CT’s Best Damn Workout.

Compare Jan 1 to today. Not moving significant weight but it’s a hell yeah improvement :smile:

Jan 1:
Barbell Press: 45(bar)/8, 55/5, 75/3

August 15:
135/8, 155/8
(mTor Set) 135/6-2-1

Now I’m as strong as 8th grade again ROFLOL
