The mud run actually looks kindof fun even though i hate running. How long was the run.

It was a lot of fun! I will be doing it again. The course was 6.2 miles of mud and dirt and deep sand and never ending hills. Awesomeness.

I know this wasn’t a BB comp or a powerlifting competition or anything like that, but it was still hard.
I am so glad I did it.
it is good to challenge yourself and do something completely off the wall. I have never climbed a 6ft wall, I’ve never had to run a mile in ankle deep beach sand, i’ve never had to climb a freaking steep hill while being pummeled by a fire hose. But I did it. Very cool. Now I want to know what else can I do?

Also next year, Mission Bay Rowing Club. How do you get to do the Dragon Boat races?
