Official 2020 T-ransformation Announcement Thread

I’m hoping TRT helps preserve some of it.

Lol I’ll post a picture tonight and tag you in it. Pretty obvious. Almost 30 pounds in a month, and I’m still fat as ever.

Have you just stopped eating?

Not eating like I should. Not sleeping like I should. And attempting to break the record for most stressed :joy:

I have a couple of friends studying Compsci who have a major project due soon- You have some pretty tough competition

Lol that’s cute

I find that “stress” can be very subjective. Sure, their actual work might seem like nothing compared to your situation with kids+job+other life shit, but these are college freshmen- many of whom have never had to do more than homework and sports practice
Heck, I thought college apps were “stressful”

You have some stiff competition.

Call me when there is a half billion dollars on the line.

Everybody’s problems always seem bigger to them than they really are. That’s why I refrained from anything other than that’s cute. In their world the issues they face are probably no more problematic and stress enduring mine, and visa-versa

And compared to most, my issues are trivial. It’s also not anything millions before me and after me have not gone through.

Let’s be honest, I’m talking out of my ass

Indeed. So can pain and yet we still don’t take the guy who’s stubbed his toe seriously if his wife is in labour.

I didn’t take my wife seriously when she was in labour… the Olympics were on.

My better half gave me a grand total of 10mins the first time and 1 hour the second time to get back. I had no idea how she handled labour, I was driving.

I’m glad I never have to deal with this.

Neck training has its own place, guys

One week in and I’m down 6lb.

Yep definitely all fat, certainly not glycogen and water weight.

How much glycogen and water can a person hold? Asking for a friend :joy:

I read a crude guideline that your body can hold 2000 calories worth of glycogen spread between your liver and skeletal muscles. I say crude because it made no mention of muscle size or stature of the person. But, operating on that that’d be 500g of carbs, each capable of holding 4g of water. So, 2kg worth of water, and 500g of carbs is 5.5lbs.

Congrats, you’ve lost 0.5lbs of fat! But then again, you’re probably not that carb depleted and have actually lost more. It’s hard to say. If you’ve upped your veggie intake it’s not impossible that you are carrying even more food inside of you than normally thus hiding how much fat you’ve lost.
