I don’t know I find it slightly easier to stick to my diet since I don’t have days where I am ultra tired by work or waking up at 5 and as such more weak minded Down to 85 BTW

I have been out of work since Monday evening… no service calls and the only installation jobs we have would be me working alongside two (much) older gentleman. I made the decision not to help, mostly to try and keep them as safe as possible (which is unfair in my mind, but that’s for another thread)…

You look massive, like you’re 100kgs at least. i’m almost the same weight and I look like a twig lol

I am a little short (172 or 5ft 8 on a good day) so the weight doesn’t have as far to spread out !!

The chunk is fading, 181lbs to 167lbs this morning. Been relatively pain free, upped the egg intake to 20 a day so only mildly hungry most days. @jackolee THIS is what a 14lb difference is supposed to look like you freak! (I mean that in a positive way of course) [IMG_20200323_102806]
